Privacy Policy

Glowcase is operated by Warmly Labs LLC, an Iowa limited liability company ("Warmly Labs," "Glowcase," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit glowcase.app, use Glowcase, or view or interact with a demo created through Glowcase.

If you use Glowcase for an organization, that organization may control Customer Content and lead information in its workspace. Its own privacy notices may also apply.

Account and workspace information includes names, email addresses, profile information, authentication records, workspace details, membership, invitations, and assigned roles.

Customer Content includes demos, screenshots, images, videos, voiceover audio, logos, fonts, brand settings, written copy, prompts, AI briefs and planning information, capture-session information, and other materials customers provide or create in Glowcase.

A customer may use a published demo to collect lead information such as a viewer's name, email address, company, phone number, job title, country, consent response, or message. That customer determines which fields to request and how it will use the resulting information.

Our first-party demo analytics may record a session identifier, the demo and steps viewed, clicks and other interactions, timestamps, and referral or source information. We also collect operational records needed to secure, troubleshoot, and administer the service.

We use information to provide and secure Glowcase; authenticate users; operate workspaces; create, host, publish, and measure demos; process requested captures and AI features; deliver leads and analytics to the appropriate customer; provide support; communicate about the service; process subscriptions; prevent abuse; enforce our agreements; and comply with law.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand and improve Glowcase, provided it does not reasonably identify a person or customer.

Glowcase uses AI to analyze customer-provided content and generate requested storylines, steps, copy, recommendations, and related outputs. Applicable AI functionality uses Google Gemini models through Lovable's AI infrastructure. Content submitted to an AI feature may be sent to those providers so they can return the requested output.

Glowcase itself does not use Customer Content to train generalized AI models. Provider handling, including any limited retention for security, abuse prevention, or service operation, is governed by the applicable service configuration and provider terms. We do not promise that every provider retains no data under every circumstance.

ElevenLabs processes narration text to generate voiceover audio. Browserbase supplies cloud-browser infrastructure used for product capture. URLs, pages displayed, and content entered during a remote browser session may be processed by Browserbase, and Browserbase may retain session or observability information according to the applicable service configuration and policies.

Only enter credentials, personal information, or other content during capture when you are authorized to do so. Avoid exposing unnecessary sensitive information in captured product screens.

Stripe processes subscription payments and related billing activity. Stripe receives information needed to create and manage customers, subscriptions, invoices, payment methods, discounts, and receipts. Glowcase stores billing status and identifiers needed to synchronize access, but does not store complete payment-card numbers.

We use service providers to operate Glowcase: Lovable and Supabase provide authentication, database, and file-storage infrastructure through Lovable Cloud; Stripe provides payment processing; Google Gemini and Lovable's AI infrastructure support applicable AI features; ElevenLabs generates narration; and Browserbase provides cloud-browser capture infrastructure. These providers receive information only as reasonably needed for their functions and handle it under their own terms and our applicable arrangements.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or valid government requests; protect users, the public, Glowcase, or our rights; investigate fraud or security incidents; or support a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. We may also disclose information at your direction or with your consent.

Draft and unpublished demo assets are protected by authorization controls and are not publicly readable. Workspace access is limited according to membership and role.

Publishing a demo intentionally makes the content needed to view that demo available to people who can access its published URL. This may include the demo title and description, screenshots, video, narration, interactive steps, calls to action, and branding. Do not publish information that should remain confidential.

Glowcase uses necessary cookies and browser storage for authentication, session continuity, preferences, and product operation. We use first-party product and demo analytics to understand demo activity and provide customers with engagement information.

Glowcase currently does not use advertising pixels or third-party behavioral advertising trackers. If our practices materially change, we will update this policy and provide any choices required by law.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect Glowcase and its users. Retention varies with the type of information and why we hold it; we do not promise a single fixed retention period for all data.

When a demo is permanently deleted, Glowcase deletes its demo-specific stored screenshots and audio. Shared workspace assets may remain when they are used elsewhere. Backups, billing records, security logs, or other information may remain where reasonably required for technical, legal, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.

Glowcase does not currently offer self-service account or workspace deletion. To request deletion or privacy assistance, email hello@glowcase.app. We may need to verify your identity and authority, and workspace-controlled information may require coordination with the workspace administrator.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including authentication, workspace access controls, private storage for unpublished demo assets, controlled asset delivery, and service monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, or misuse will never occur. More information is available on our Trust & Security page.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, or to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or complain to a privacy regulator.

Send requests to hello@glowcase.app. We may verify your identity and may deny or limit a request where permitted by law. If Glowcase processes information for one of our customers, we may direct you to that customer as the responsible organization.

Glowcase is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

We may update this policy as Glowcase and applicable law evolve. We will post the revised policy here with a new effective date and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
